We have 4 parking spots (3 regular and 1 van accessible ADA space) designated for visitors who are coming to the office. Please be respectful in the use of these spots for the fairness of everyone.

Each office is designated with one (1) parking space. Spaces are located at 1961 State Street just a few doors down from State & Main.  Please be sure to use your dedicated space each time.  This lot is accessible via Anne Street, which is the alley just north of the building on Manheim Pike (Route 72) just beyond the East Petersburg Borough Office.  We have an additional overflow lot with 14 parking spaces located at 1969 State Street.  This lot is aslo accessible via Anne Street.  Please follow the signs to our designated spots.  Each of our spots has a State & Main private parking sign.  If you see a spot without a State & Main private parking sign, please do not park there.  These are not our spots.

We have 11 parking spots.  There are 4 directly across from the front door.  There is one between Warehouse210 and 214 West Grant Street (next to the fire escape).  There are 6 others just 2 doors west of Warehouse210 next to the “red” carriage house apartment.  Our designated spots are 8 – 13.  We hope to keep 2 of the parking spots designated for visitors who are coming to the office directly across from the front entrance. Please be respectful in the use of these spots for the fairness of everyone. Please see me for details for spaces available nearby for rent.

Each office is designated with one (1) parking space. These 18 parking spaces are located at our lot on North Lane just a half block away. Please be sure to use your dedicated space each time.  This lot is accessible via North Lane, which is the alley just north of the building.

Secret Garden: The access for the Secret Garden area is via keycode. The goal is to keep this area locked when not in use. The code is 1870. The keypad is located to the right of the door.  To open, push the gate handle into the fence while you punch the code in.  This will allow the gate latch to release.  Once you put the code in, you will have 8 seconds to open the gate.  If you are inside and the gate is closed, push the button to the left of the gate to release the lock.  If you are the last one to use the space, please shut the gate on your way out.
