Here are some answers to some of our most common questions

Rules & Regulations

ITEMS NOT TO BE INSTALLED OR ALLOWED TO BE INSTALLED ON PREMISES:

Resident agrees not to have the following installed in unit or on premises:

Internet service providers (Comcast or the like) (this service is provided to resident)

Cable Service providers (Comcast or the like) (this service is provided to resident)

Satellite dishes or services provided by any company that provides services via a satellite dish installed on the Premises

Hard wired telephone service

Security systems, of any kind, without prior written approval by Landlord

Or anything else that would cause a resident, company or individual to install anything in or on the Premises, including but not limited to, any walls (as all the walls leading to the exterior are fire rated walls).

Online Rent Payment

We provide a convenient way to pay your rent. We offer ACH from a bank account (free) or credit card (+2% fee)

Internet Connections

As an added amenity, we offer complementary high speed Internet. While you will likely find the speed provided sufficient, we do offer a few other levels of service. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please complete a “Value Added Services” request.

Building Access & Security

Security of the building is a high priority of mine. The main entrance door will be locked between 5pm and 9am Monday through Friday as well as all weekend. A key code access for the main front door will be provided to each tenant.

In addition, there are 7 security cameras installed in the front, rear and all hallways of the building.

Mail & Package Delivery

There are mailboxes for each apartment unit located in the main building foyer. Package delivery is available in the main building foyer from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Car & Bicycle Parking

We can provide free off-street parking during evening and weekends for you. We have 15 available parking spots within steps of the building. These are shared spaces with Warehouse210. There are 9 spaces directly across from the front door of Warehouse210 / behind 30 North Water Street. There are 6 others just 2 doors west of Warehouse210 next to the “red” carriage house apartment.  Our designated spots are 8 – 13.  All spots are designated with a Warehouse210 parking sign.

Please provide vehicle information.

Please be respectful in the use of these spots for the fairness of everyone.

There is a bicycle rack located at the rear stairwell of 30 North Water Street

Outdoor Spaces

We are pleased to be able to share our outdoor space at Warehouse210 with you. This area is located behind the Lancaster city mural at 210 West Grant Street. The access for the Secret Garden area is via keycode. The goal is to keep this area locked when not in use. The code is 1870. The keypad is located to the right of the door.  To open, push the gate handle into the fence while you punch the code in.  This will allow the gate latch to release.  Once you put the code in, you will have 8 seconds to open the gate.  If you are inside and the gate is closed, push the button to the left of the gate to release the lock.  If you are the last one to use the space, please shut the gate on your way out.

On a side note, this area also has Wi-Fi and a gas grill. 

Printers / Copiers / Scanners

We are able to provide these services via are building, Warehouse210. Please reach out to me for details.

There is a BrotherBrother MFC-L5700DW multi-function black & white laser jet printer on the upper level. It is capable of printing, copying and scanning.  This printer can be used via a WIFI connection to the Warehouse210 wireless network and you can print remotely.

There in an install disc in the box below the printer, if needed to connect fully.  You can also download the full print driver from this link.

There is a Brother MFC-L8900CDW multi-function color laser jet printer on the upper level. It is capable of printing, copying and scanning. There is also a USB cable to plug into your computer to use to print as well.  There in an install disc in the box below the printer, if needed to connect fully.  You can also download the full print driver from this link. This printer is located in the Copier Room off the rear stairwell.

Renters Insurance

We highly recommend that you obtain renter’s insurance. If you need help in obtaining renter’s insurance, please reach out to me for recommendations. Once you obtain insurance, please provide us with a declarations page.

Utility Information

We pay for water, sewer and trash.

The trash bins are located next to the fire escape at Warehouse210.

Please reach out to PPL Electric to transfer meter service into your name. Their phone number is 1-800-342-5775.
